A typical type of Chalet on the New Trend Site
Whilst part of a site of almost 150 chalets, No 15, Dorchester Avenue is one of a much smaller group of chalets facing onto a substantical grassed area on a quiet site on the outskirts of the village centre and just five minutes walk from the seafront.
The chalet consists of two bedrooms - one double with wardrobe and chest of drawers and one with adult sized bunk beds and a chest of drawers. The lounge/dining room has table and chairs, two settees (one of which converts to a small double bed), an electric fire, colour TV and DVD player. All beds are provided with pillows and duvet and GUEST ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THEIR OWN SHEETS, PILLOWS CASES AND DUVET COVERS.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and all crockery and utensils are provided, whilst a small shower room has a sink WC and modern shower unit with hot and cold water.
The village centre has a wide variety of shopping facilities including a Co-op supermarket and post office, several eating places and two small amusement arcades. Other facilities can readily be found at the south end of the village or at nearby Ingoldmells Fantasy Island, Butlins or in Skegness.

The Chalet will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. A non-returnable deposit of £50 will confirm the booking with balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
